There is a ton of debris and the St. Augustine Beach Pier
is still closed,
but we are survivors,
we, who love the beach…
The Atlantic's back porch…

It's still dangerous to swim, but people were swimming
and surfing and kite surfing.
Bless us all.
St. Augustine is a mess,
but all the people and pets that I love
are doing fine.

In St. Augustine,
summertime has been extended…
indefinitely!

then we can dream up a better world.

Sometimes with all of the bad news in the air,
it is difficult to remember that we live
in a beautiful,
magical
world.
We must remember to love.
That is the only way out of the madness.

The rain did not deter us from enjoying such a well preserved town,
dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries.
AND they were renovating the cobblestone streets.
All of the houses were white with very thick walls,
and the shops offered hand made items that were irresistible.
Always great food and a Church in the center!
