It is difficult to sit still for an invisible catastrophe –

there's no wind, no rain, no flooding –

in fact the weather here is perfect.

We have electricity, water, internet, the pantry is full,

and we have each other.

So, wash your hands, enjoy each other –

(they are singing from the balconies in Italy!)

get lots of fresh air

and be creative!

Don't panic.

Be kind.

and

Be careful.
