Looking up can sometimes make you feel dizzy.

Same with looking down, especially when the tide is swirling around your feet.

I once heard some words of wisdom from someone who was learning how to hang glide,

it went something like this:

Look where you want to go,

and not where you are going.

That's really good advice when you want to stop doing the same old thing,

over and over again.

You want to change your thinking and shake up your life.

Look where you want to go and go there!

Dust off that old thinking and give it a nice pat on the back and kick it out the door!

Who cares if it makes you dizzy!
