    My first thought was of hunks of chocolate with white icing…and the word “illusion” reminds me of when a photographer/friend of mine said I could have any one photo of his that I had seen. I asked him for the one of the waves crashing over the rocks. He denied having such a photo. I persisted. He denied. Finally, I went to his home and showed him. Ha! It was snow on a mountain. He gave it to me, framed, and it still remains waves on rocks in my mind…

    That’s a great story! Sounds like an interesting photo! In Iceland, standing in front of this formation, I couldn’t tell what was shadow and what was rock. I still can’t make it out! Thanks for posting!
